We can list what loads work for our guns, but none of them will be perfect in yours.

You are best off to pick your powder and load or 5 or 10 of each with your powder of choice in 1/2 grain increments from Min to approaching max according to your reload manual.

Was a very useful thread for me when I was trying to find a load for my Savage 342.
I'm using 40 grain Sierra Varminters (1200) w/ 12.6 grains of Lil Gun. They have suggestsion for 45 grain as well
 
I would definitely reccomend Lil Gun in the Hornet. 13grs behind any 40 or 45 gr bullets groups nicely out of my Ruger 77/22. Another load that worked well for me in the past is 11.5 grs of IMR 4227 and a Remington 50gr PLHP, it used to be economical when Wholesale was selling them in bags of 1000. Put the whammy on gophers out to 175yds.
 
Once upon a time I had a 22 hornet, and I used IMR4227 with good results. I don't remember the load, but I was going to try l'il gun when it came out, but i had a lot of 4227 and sold the rifle before I used it up.
 
I had a Brno. Could not get it to group under 2" Tried a bunch of differnt bullets and powders.

One day I accidently made the ammo 5 grains under loaded (balance scale). Grouped under an inch. It liked loads milder than the Start load. I used 680.
 
8.9 gr of 296 is a tack-driver for me.

But - as IMagius noted - everybody's rifle has its own tastes. All anybody can give you are loads that work for them.
 
u used br-4 primer -10.5, 680, 35 gr vmax -1/2 inch group
br-4 -9.5, 296 40, balistic tip , shot good too
you need to make your powder changes in 1/10s as these as 1 grain or halg grain changees are to large to make accurate loads in a small case ,,wade
