22 Hornet necked down to 20 caliber

Does anyone have experience with the 22 Hornet that has been necked down to 20 caliber? I am thinking of building one, and would be interested in anyones opinions of such a project.

I have a buddy that has a couple of 17Hornets, great cartridge. My Hornet is one of my favorites. So I NEED a 20Hornet and a 20vartarg.
