22 Hornet to K hornet by hand?

Has anyone gone from a standard 22 hornet chamber to a k hornet doing the reaming by hand or does it need to be done with a lathe?
Also does anyone have a finish reamer to rent or loan??
Any help would be great.

It can be done by hand. There is a good chance it will end up a little over size in diameter... combined with the normal under size brass a fired case will most likely look bulged.
