Where do I find .22 K Hornet dies? I usually buy Lee, but don't see them in the Lee catalogue and would prefer to get used if I can. I bought a Lee Enfield No.1 Mk III sporter that had been re-barrelled and chambered in .22K Hornet. It shoots regular .22 Hornet very well and seems to reform the cases very well. I wish there were a way to neck size and seat the bullet without buying a complete die set.

Theres a guy on the EE that has had several used sets for sale over the last couple years. He may have a set for sale now. His handle might be dieguy he's from around saskatoon, I think

I can't get into the Equipment Exchange for several years now, can't remember my password, tried to change it, gave up. Same with changing my email. My Rogers account stopped working so I changed to Hotmail, but can't seem to change it on Gunnutz. Very frustrating! It would be great if I could just buy a regular Hornet collet die.

Not sure about used, but Prophet River has them in redding and amazon has rcbs but backorder only.

$170. Ouch.

Found some used ones. PM sent.

I'm pretty sure Lee doesn't make k Hornet dies but I've wondered if the the regular 22 hornet Lee neck size collet die works for the K. Anyone know?

Hasn't bumped in a while but look near the end:

I speak from personal experience. I recently aquired a 22 K-Hornet and wanted a Lee collet NS die.Contacted Lee customer service, spoke with a lady named Laine and she told me what to do. Sent 2 fire formed cases to Lee, when they got them, she immediately phoned me and sold me a .22 Hornet collet die and then "Modified" it to a .22 K-Hornet die and mailed it the very next day.Fantastic, very impressed.

Thanks everyone, I got a used set for $35 + $17 shipping. I would have gone for the Lee Collet die but I had already ordered the used set.

Now for reloading. I have 35, 40, & 45 gr. bullets (more 45 gr than the others so I will likely start with them), IMR4227, H4227 or Lil'Gun powder.
Which powder would you recommend? Any other advice?
