.22 lr chambering reamer

So i made the foolish mistake if ordering two dlask arms 8 inch carbon fibre barrels with his so called sporter chamber well seems to me there match grade chambers which too me is worthless look at the pic i can push in the rounds but then need to remove them with a dowl the one on right was installed the one in left is as new never fired. So my question is this where can i rent or purchase a sammi spec .22lr chambering finish reamer so i can once again spend more money to make crappy canadian made products work or a competent gunsmith that has experience dealing with this very problem and i mean competent as competent smiths are far and few between
