.22 LR vs .22 Long Rifle

Thanks everyone.....I was havin a miserable time today think I got was the gun.....$500for the gun I was hoping it wasn’t the case. Glad to see there are multiple people saying Remington is junk ammo!

That Remington ammo is 1095 fps. You need .22LR HV such as CCI Mini Mag @ 1235 fps
Combined with the fact that it was MINUS 8c in Thunder Bay today, no wonder you had feed issues...

Like I said earlier, try other brands, most times that will cure the problem. Also try cleaning the gun, many problems are related to a dirty firearm. You would be surprised at the difference it can make.

My guns are always clean, right after taking the girls out I give them a bath....so to speak.....I’ll upgrade my choice in ammo....maybe I have to look for the good ammo instead of the best bullet to money ratio.....

The cold temps can have an effect on how the gun performs. If oil gets thick and gummy from the cold it can slo w down the action and other moving parts causing problems.

Any of the ammo listed works in my Anschutz bolt action or Winchester model 72 semi-auto. Let's face it some guns just need specialized ammunition to function as they should. You are educating yourself on what doesn't work in your gun. Keep trying different brands until you find what works then you can plink to your hearts content.

Buckets o bullets group fantastic for me in Mark II.
Every rifle is different and when your dealing with such a low pressure round a little can make a big difference in terms of cycling...

I'd gladly take your $50 Buckets. ..
