Yes we all know the laws are screwed up. It's not just the gun laws, wildlife laws are often even MORE screwed up, but there is always a basic intent with the laws, even if it's flawed in it's execution. Anyone thinking that the laws as written are black and white in their execution is fooling themselves. Why do you think there are appellate courts?
