hi there,
my friend asked me to find out if there is a .22 rimfire magazine which will fit most bolt action .22 rifles,with a capacity of ?? the more the better,not for a semi-auto !!
Hope you can assist us,please send links in possible.

You have to buy rifle specific magazines. There are no "universal" mags out there. As far as I know the biggest mag for any bolt action .22 is 10 rounds. need more capacity? just buy more mags! I have 5, some people have many, many more.
 
A Savage MKII mag will fit a Lakefield MKII or MKIII. As well a Savage 64 mag will fit a Cooey or Lakefield 64 as well as a Sears 8 (I think). But the above post is right, for the most part is rifle specific.
 
Hi there,
I think his plan is linked to our annual gopher derby where there are lots of rifles in use,and as a prize he's thinking of a 'fits all' super mag...more than 10 rounds........if one exists !?
