.22 Model 12.... Any idea on value?

Hey all, very new to the site and I tried searching before posting this but didn't see anything.
I am curious if anyone could help me out with an approximate value of this old .22? I inherited it while ago. I realize it's not in the best shape. I know nothing about these. I searched google and say them from $400-a grand, but those were in very good shape (or at least appeared to be in photos)
I attached a few photos, any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

*EDIT* well I guess I cant add photos as it says I need to contribute more HA-HA

It doesn't matter how much you contribute, the Forum software will only allow you to post pictures directly, if you pay an annual fee to the site owner.
Most of us use one or another of the free online storage sites, and either Embed the link in to our posts, or simply post a link to the pictures.

You didn't give out much to go on.
 
So sorry. I guess I didn't cause when I was typing I was going to be adding photos.
It's a Remington .22L model 12. It's in "ok" condition. The stock has been cracked and fixed by the looks of it. It appears its before 1920 as it only has the serial number and nothing on the barrel to tell exactly what year it is. It's the quick break dow with the large screw on the side to break it down quickly. Its a tube feed pump.
Without showing photos I know it's impossible to say a value, so I will try and figure out how to add photos.

Doest appear to be too bad.
That is actually the dollar amount I was thinking.
Still can't add photos, I can't seem to figure that part out HA-HA

There is a sticky at the top of the Greetings and Introduction sub-Forum, as well, I think, at the top of the EE, as well as a couple more at the top of the Photos and Videos sub-forum.

It's not terribly difficult, but there are a couple steps to follow.
