What actually makes anyone believe that this will be reclassified? Based on what? It seems like wishful thinking to me.

There is a lot of precedent supporting that it is in fact a variant... It looks like an MP-5... it's being marketed as an MP5 variant (for all intent and purpose)... I'll be very surprised if this get reclassified.

I wish you luck but have serious doubts this will actually happen.
