Hello all
I have unintentionally found myself now searching for .22 Remington Jet. An absolute nightmare to get my hands on. I was hoping someone here would have some for sale or potentially point me in the direction. My most clear option at the moment is to find brass instead and start reloading my own which will be a whole different ball game. Thank you in advance

Get forming dies and neck 357Magnum cases. Even if you ruin 2 out of 3 forming them it will be cheaper than finding 22 jet cases.
I’m starting out with 0 equipment. I looked into it and the upfront cost seems like a lot. Especially if I’m only use it for 1 firearm. My hope way to find brass and continue to reload what I have. I don’t plan on shooting it at the range all the time either. I appreciate the suggestion though

I'd never heard of it before, but as mentioned above, seems like an easy brass conversion. And 357mag brass is plentiful and cheap

Why would you bother? There are far more - better .22 cartridges available.
I won a sporter at an online auction and when I picked it up I noticed the internal magazine wasn’t the regular size for a .22 LR or any .22 I had seen. Which has now brought me here after a gunsmith told me it takes Jet. A little surprise treasure hunt I’ve found myself on

If it was unintentional you have taken the first step which is acknowledging your mistake.
Now you can move on. Lol

I respect the obscure calibre tho.
Good lock.
Well I would like to be able to take my gun out and do some shooting. I don’t mind the scavenger hunt. Just seems that any brass or ammo I come across I’ll be picking up off the ground and reloading myself for the foreseeable future. Definitely an obscure calibre and thanks for the luck
