22 Short Mag Adaptor ID Help Please

Can anyone help id this 22 short mag adaptor please ?
I've had it for years and just found it again so figure while in my hands I'll ask if anyone knows what make and model it belongs to.

AS the picture says it is a R-504 adaptor for a R-632 Mossberg mag. The mag is for Mossberg models140, 142 & 144LSA. If listing please message me as I am interested in the tag.
