.22 shorts, where to get best price / large quantity

I like these for plinking because I can fit more in the tube mag. The best price I know is Al Simmons, it's around 8 bucks give or take for the CCI plastic packs of 100. I want to buy more, maybe 500 or 1000 at a time, hopefully get a better price. Any ideas?

$4 for 50 is about as good a retail price as I have seen in years, for Shorts.

When I was a kid, they were what we bought when we were trying to stretch a nickel a little farther, because they were cheaper than Long or Long Rifle. Not so much these days.

Yeah, almost half a box, into the tube mag of a Marlin lever. :) Good times!

Have not bought Short in a coons age. If I nee quieter ammo I buy the CCI Quiets, now, cheaper than Shorts.
