Im looking for a good accurate 22WMR round. I've tried CCI and Winchester and i am not happy with either of them. At 100yds they are random/inconsistant.

The Winchesters, I presume you mean Dynapoints. Don't shoot well in my CZ either. But all the CCI's Ive tried shoot very well. What rifle and scope setup are you using?

i have a savage model 93 BTVS(stainless heavy barrel) with a nikon pro-staff 40mm 3x-9x. What weight of bullet works best for you? i,ve tired 30 and 34gr. is that too light? The winchesters i tired were 34gr JHP.

Try the federal 50gr ammo.They shoot very well out of mine.I have had about ten or so 22mags,and the CCI Maxi Mag ammo didn't shoot well in any of them.

Which CCI are you using? My Ruger shoots 1" @ 100yds(calm day) with 40gr CCI maximags, but the maximag +V(35gr?) are all over the place.
Best I"ve found are Remington 35gr balistic tips, but they"re expensive. I lose a few yards in accurate range with the 40gr hollow point maximags, but they"re half the price of Remys.
Winchester hps are"nt great either. I gave away 4 boxes on saturday!

It's a rimfire. You have to try a box of as many brands as you can to find the ammo your rifle shoots best.

i was using cci 30gr. i think they were +v ...can't quite remember. @ 100 yds they were random.

I'v got the same rifle , tried cci ,win ,rem ,the best it shoots is with the rem v max 33grn kind of expensive as preveously stated .
