220gr partition in a 300rum

I have not used it but a friend has used the 210 gr. in his RUM. I think the 220 grain bullet will really bring this round to it's full potential and separate the men from the boys since it has the case capacity to drive these weights to their full potential, they should be real cookie cutters and I wouldn't heitate to use this bullet on anything in Nort America.

I load 200gr bullets @ 3250fps in my 26" barreled 300RUM I've never tried a 220gr bullet in them guess I do not see the need.

92Gr. Retumbo

87Gr. RL-25

78.5Gr. Viht N-170

As being the most accurate Load combinations This is where I would start. Let us know what results you got after you hit the range. I am going to spend this year working on .300 loads lightest to heaviest.
