223 / 62gr with WC735

23.5gr works very well under a 62gr SS109 bullet for me in my AR15s. Some other loads:

Yeah, good call. Short answer, beats me. It does look wrong since you mentioned it. I just reposted this chart that I've had for a number of years, I did not create it. The load progression is stepping up the load by 0.5 gr so I think it should have been 21.4gr rather than 19.9 gr. I did however try the load before the last entry (20.9gr with 75gr AMAX). It was very accurate, less than 0.5MOA in my precision AR15.
 
Here's one I worked up today. 50gr Speer TNT, 24.4 WC735, CCI mag primer, PRVI brass. Still need to chrony it but it's consistent.
