It's a different bullet. Evil, tactical and ....ran out of differences!
 
here are specs... hold on to your hats there is a HUGE difference

AE tacvticool bulk-OAL 2.19" 175.8 grns overall weight
AE tacticool 20boxes- OAL 2.19" 176.2 grns overall cartridge weight


so less then a grn difference, likely mostly due to normal powder/bullet weight variation

give me random mags of each and not even my targets can tell the difference...
 
The new answer from Federal didn't say much more.

It's safe to say it have no differences between the 2.

What a super tacticool answer!
