Do you guys load on a progressive or batch-style (single stage) for 223? I am gunna gear up for 223 pretty soon on my 550, but will use a single stage for decapping and sizing first. Just looking to see what other people are doing!

Yes, I decap and resize and then through the tumbler to get rid of the lube. I then check them trimming when necessary. Once all those operations are done they get thrown in a pail. When all the brass is finished being processed, I sit down for a night of putting it all together. Simple and easy.
Nearly all my rifle reloading goes directly into the progressive press and comes out the other end as loaded ammo.
I tumble my loaded ammo for about 5 minutes to get rid of the lube.
If my brass needs trimmed, I do that before resizing. I realize it will stretch again, but I trim if it's close to trim length, and I don't worry about the fact that that will lead to some variance in case length for the kind of shooting I do.

Progressive, two passes. If you skip trimming - only with known brass growth - then you could do it in one pass. I can't think of a good reason to decap / size single-stage unless bench-quality precision is your goal.
