Looking for a source for commercial 223 brass, not military.

by "best" peter means Lapua - and for target shooting, I agree with him.

If you are sending it through a bolt gun, Lapua would likely be your best bet, however if you are looking for decent, consistant brass that does not break the bank, or shooting it through a semi-auto, I'd stick to Winchester.

Russ Haydon's Shooter Supply is another option for brass.
