.223 case stuck in RCBS sizing die....the last hurdle?

i got 2 stuck cases in 2 days with my redding fl die for my 204. i had a ton of "fun" sizing my brass, had to build my own case remover. i have used the rcbs lube and the imperial wax to no avail, i kept dimpling the shoulders. i bought the hornady one shot for 11$ and just line up about 60 cases, mouth towards me and give them a good spray, works quickly and i can really turn out cases in quick order.
