I just changed from 9mm to 223 on my Dillon 650XL and am finding that roughly every tenth case falls over after its been dropped and is being pushed over to station 1
Its weird, its like the case falls forward slightly and then gets semi stuck. The other nine or so cases between each fall are fine and slide perfectly into station 1. There is a 1/4" to 1/2" gap between the dropped case and the piece of plastic that initially pushes it over which makes me wonder if it was closer perhaps it could support it (at least on one side)
Is there something I can adjust to help? Only other thing I can think of is that the guide is new and perhaps a little rough so may wear/polish up in time which might help
