.223, horn brass, small ripples?

Doing a bunch of reloads on hornady tap brass. just after about the 3rd use am starting to notice a very slight "ripple" on the neck post sizing die. its like slight waves, easy to see to the eye in light but hard to feel. Does this mean the brass is done? or does it mean a setting is off in the sizer die? maybe too much lube? (if there is ever such an expression )

either 1 of 3 things:

1. too much lube - reduce amount of lube applied
2. lube on brass neck and shoulder - wipe the neck and shoulder off after lubing and before sizing
3. die is dirty - clean it with some bore solvent.

Hope the die isnt dirty yet, but will follow the rest. So there CAN be too much lube eh? haha thanks!
Is this going to greatly affect accuracy or is it just aesthetic? thanks again.

The rippled will be fine to fire again. Also, when you fire them again, chances are the ripples will be gone.

Don't lube the outside of the neck. Lube only the body and the inside of the neck.
