About the only real differences are:
No need to bell the case mouth.
Occasional full re-resizing is required every now and then.
Crimping is not needed for the most part.
Otherwise, it's business as usual - clean, resize & deprime, check for length ... insert primer, add powder, seat bullet.
If you are only neck sizing your 223 brass, set your die about 1/2 to 1 turn "up" from your shell holder. Full length resizing, you would set it flush with the shell holder.
