,223 load with LC brass and WIN748?

Anyone have a .223 pet load using military brass (Lake City) and Win748 using 55gr. FMJ? Looking for a good plinking load and any suggestions. I have 16lbs of powder and 6k of bullets that need to be loaded! Will be used in a Mini-14 (don't laugh....my last batch of reloads averaged 1.5MOA!)

Having never used Win748 before is it very temperature insensitive? I have a chrony but am a bit leery about load development in winter with a new powder, especially in LC cases. Any suggestions or starting points would sure help. Thanks guys!

the 223 is not very powder sensative, 748 should work good, just pick a load out of a manual & drop it a couple gns. Personally I wouldn't use FMJ for plinking it's not neary as safe as SP bullets that'll come apart on impact!
