.223 Range?

I shoot 75 gr amax out to 800 yrds at Winona our last 2 shoots the wind was my biggest problem we shoot the figure 12's(i think thats what it's called it's the long one the figure 11 is the short one I think, I might have that reversed) anyhow I was doing great keeping them in the mid section when the wind picked up I went off the board so I waited and watched the flags until the wind died then right back in the middle .on a good day with no wind i have hit 1/2 litre water bottles at 800 yes i have witnesses and video ...just keep on practicing.I don't think we will be at Winona next year too many hoops to jump through ..anyway good luck and have fun and don't let it get you down if miss once in a while remember a bad day at the range is better then good day anywhere else !!
 
I've shot a Long Range Precision Match with my Stock AR15 Government Model with the 20" 1/7 barrel, using the ORA Issued IVI 5.56 ammo, and fixed 6X40 Scope at 800m I scored 40 out of 50. I was very impressed with the results, didn't place anywhere, but cemented my confidence with the AR and IVI AMMO.
