.223 Remington and H335

How much H335 are you guys using with the 69gr Sierra HPBT in your .223's? I like the H335 because it meters so nicely and shoots really well, but I'm a little concerned that at 23.9 gr I am running a little hot, as I am getting some flattened primers. It has also been mentioned to me that the CCI 400 primers are just soft. I know all rifles are different with their loads, but I just want to get an idea of the numbers that other people are using.

My Savage precision carbine likes the 69 SMKs at 23.8gr of H335, 2.240" OAL, Fed 205M primers though. It is between 0.4 to 0.7 MOA consistently.

I use 23.5 grains with both the Sierra 69 and Hornady 68 grain bullets, both shoot 1/3 moa. Cheers Roscoe

Thanks guys, I think I will try to back off my load a little, as I saw very reasonable grouping around the 23.5-23.6 range. Then I guess I can try to tweak it from there.
