Magnum Research BFR revolvers have been made in .223 and 7.62x39 calibers.
But the bottle-neck cartridges did not work well at all in a revolver. The cylinder would jam like crazy.
I'm pretty sure the BFR custom shop will still make you one if you have the cash.
But they come with a disclaimer; "Don't call us and complain if it doesn't work."
The rifle cartridges that do work well in a revolver are the ones that are shaped like revolver calibers.
45/70 Government is the best example. 30/30 works okay.
