.223 wssm loads

"...36 gr of Varget..." Howdy, neighbour. That's 2 full grains under the starting load. Relax. It's not likely to give you any grief. Although going too far under can cause weird pressures and be as dangerous as going over max.
Hodgdon's site has lots of .223 WSSM data. They just happened to use a V-Max too. Mind you, the brand of bullet doesn't matter. Load for the bullet weight.
 
Here are a few that worked for me.
45.5gr H4350 behind the Barnes 53gr tsx. Most accurate load for my rifle.
45.5gr RL15 behind a 36gr varmint grenade
42gr varget with 50gr VG or nosler BT
45gr RL15 with 40gr barnes varminator
