.22lr actions?

What would be the best action to build a custom precision .22lr? Single shot or repeater.

Also who in Canada has them or would put a BR rifle together?

I'm thinking of something to compare to the factory Anschutz 1913A BENCHREST BR-50 in the $2600 range for a complete rifle.

just got home from the hospital, and I am going to list my remington custom shop 40x xrbrks with 2-6 oz trigger for about 2650 shipped. I also have a remington 40x in a maple or some such br stock which I will list shortly, and have 6 others to sell, send me a PM with your e-mail for preliminary pics,

and as to the best actions

1. hall (have 2)
2. swindlehurst (have 3) probably my favorite
3. falcon (I got the FRT page created and have serial numbers 001 and 002 being built by richard gorham as we speak)
4. turbo
5. suhl (sold 4 of them and they are tackdrivers)
6. others like time, sako P94S (have 3), and of course feinwerkbau, walther KK300, and anschutz (have 5 of them and the original black BR 50 stock, neat stuff)
