.22LR AR-15 conversion kit question

Question for anybody in the know.

I wanna pick up the conversion kit questar has for sale ( https://shopquestar.com/shopping65/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=273&cat=AR+.22+Conversions ) but it only comes with one magazine. Do the magazines they also sell for a different conversion kit ( Black dog machine - https://shopquestar.com/shopping65/shopexd.asp?id=70&bc=no ) fit in with the afore mentioned kit? They're compatible?

Yes, they're the same. I ordered a handfull with my kit and they're very reliable.

Now what type of .22 ammo are we using?? Obviously avoiding the lead ... and going with copper plated .... what brands???

The kit comes with one 10rnd mag. The 27rnd mags are the same thing, but the 10rnd ones say "10rnds only" on them, and only hold 10 rnds. I suspect the stopper will fall out soon.

I can't really comment on reliability. I only have 140 rnds through mine so far. AE copper jacket hollow point. It worked well for blastin.
