22lr Autoloaders

Hi there,

In a recent youtube post, there were kids shooting pistols at a range. There is a thread that has been closed with lots of comments. At around 2:12 in the video, the kid is loading a 22lr magazine with some type of autoloading device. I haven't been able to find any information on it, does anyone recognize this device?

Please PM me for the thread link, it was closed by the MODs, and I don't want to arise the ire of anyone.

Was it a Ruger Mark I/II/III or 22/45 mag? Was it this loader:
