I don't see why it wouldn't be, are there perhaps export restrictions?

I'd get one if I decide to get another.22 kit for my AR.

:D

The only restriction would be by the department of state.

The 50 round drums are fine for export and perfectly legal here.

Fill your boots! Perfectly legal up here...

This been said, I'd be curious to see if their drum is more reliable then the drum for the 10/22!

They're perfectly legal. Not worth it. I have a small collection of drum mags, and none of them work properly. A few might get ten or so rounds out before a FTE or FTF. The others, well... It's more like working a bolt action than a semi auto. Shoot, eject round, shoot, eject round, shoot, eject round, you get the idea. I'll stick with the 25 and 30 round banana mags. May not hold as much, but at least they function properly.

I remember seeing a video on youtube where a guy was showing the reliability of various kinds of magazines on a 10/22... the drum didn't fare well, it was jaming every few rounds.

That said, there is no ceiling on .22lr capacity for your canadian plinker. At least not that I know of.
