22LR high velocity in Ruger Mk1?

I think it is safe to shoot high velocity 22LR in Ruger Mk1? but I want to check it out with you more knowledgable folx? So what do you think shold I go ahead and shoot it, is it safe any issues?

All these .22 semi auto work better with high velocity ammo, bullet weight from 38 to 40 gr work good.
