.22lr rifle with M1A / Mini 14 style aperture sights ... Does it exist???

As the title states. I'm looking for a bolt action .22lr that has a rear aperture sight and front blade sights. Something similar to the M1 Garand / M1A would be perfect. Are there any manufacturers out there that make something similar? What about aftermarket add-ones that would fit the bill and transform say a CZ 452 or 455 Or even a Savake MKII into what I'm looking for?

What about the 10-22, anything in the buckets of aftermarket parts? I would prefer a bolt because I like how it slows you down and keeps you from blasting ammo away. I spend more time reloading my SR-22 than I do shooting it!

Are you after the same style windage and elevation adjustments as the M1/M14? If not, Tech-Sights makes a set of sights for a lot of the popular 22 rifles, including the Marlin, Savage, CZ, Ruger, Mossberg, and Remington offerings. They offer a very similar sight picture to the the M1. I put them on my XT-22, and it tightened my groups considerably compared to the open sights that came with the gun.
