The Hodgdon site has 230 gr loads with CFE Pistol powder.

5.7gr Cfe pistol with a 230gr LRN is an accurate load for my guns. 5.4gr wasn't as good. I feel I could go a bit more. That's my next load. I'm getting a little bit of under pressure I think.

Ive had good results with 4.9 to 5.1 gr of CFE. Both worked well for me.
