I know the difference between a 12 gauge and a 20 gauge buddy...I bought a 12 gauge Mossberg 590 for $239.
Well if that is the case, I'm calling as soon as they are open. And if that doesn't do anything, I am going down there.

The old guy that you were on the phone with brought out your shotgun in the box while I was there, after the one guy was adament that it was a 20 g I asked to look at your box, the answer was why? this one is on hold

Update: Well it pays to be connected! I know a lot of the guys at WSS from when they moved pers from Russell's and from being in there a lot. So long story short, the guy who told me it was a 20 gauge knew I was a friend of a few guys there, he realized it was actually a 12 gauge after I left, put the gun aside and told my buddy there who is the store manager to call me and let me know they made a mistake and the gun is waiting for me! Going to pick it up at lunch. How's THAT for customer service!
I am soooooooo happy. I got one as soon as soon as I could. I called after the 20 guage posting up above, and the lady said that indeed, the number I was given by the man I talked to before, was a stock number for a 20 guage. It was given to me as incorrect. It is a 12 guage, she confirmed, and told me I'll be happy. I already am.

Went to WSS in Langley, BC today and my buddy picked one up. Just to confirm, it is a 590 in 12 gauge. I was tempted myself but I already have a couple shotguns so I hesitantly resisted. In case anyone in the area wants one, the Langley store still had 6 left as of sunday afternoon. If it helps those trying to find one, the Mossberg model # is 50667.

I went to WSS Langley this morning and asked about the 590 for for $240. Both guys at the counter said there was no way it was that low and I had bad information. The one guy checked the computer and said it was over four hundred dollars on the system.
I was quite persistant and so eventually they got one out the back and scanned it and it was $240. They were surpised at the deal.
Anyway, I picked one up for myself.

I phoned Langley to do the deal but no shipping.
Then call them and put a hold on it. Then a.) have a local nut buy it for you and ship it out or b.) call Calgary and have them transfer it to their store where they will ship it for you.
Just called the online order desk and yes it is 239.00. It is a discontinued item. If you call athey will source one and send it off to you. I just ordered one it came to 299.48 to my door. As soon as they find one in a wss store they will ship it out to me. ASAP
