240belted rimless nitro express APEX

I ended up with some interesting kynoch brass marked 240 express ,with a regular belt on the web .Thought it was weatherby ,but no radius shoulder .Is any one using this caliber ? Looks to be an interesting cartridge

I read about it in a cartridge collector book.
No personal experience with it.
