243, 6mm rem or 240 weatherby

I'd love to have to worry about the barrel of my .243 ( or any other) getting too hot...... But in reality if I take more than 6 or 8 shots in a day when hunting Coyotes its been a really good one. Ground hogs are another story but still not that big of a deal. 50-60 shots over the course of a day.

How 'bout adding 7mm-08 to the mix?
Low recoil, relatively cheap to buy/shoot.
If you do hand load, the sky's the limit.

Once you get over 243/6mm, cumulative recoil starts to become an issue. I used a 7mm-08 for everything for a few years though, it's a great caliber. - dan
