243 Ackley Improved Case Length

What do any of you guys that shoot 243 AI trim your brass to after they are fire formed? I realize once the case has the 40 degree shoulder the growth of the case slows down after future fireings, just wondering for a base line to start? Think I am going to use COW method to form up this brass, more so for the experiance and intetest sake. I know you can do it with just firing a standard 243 round but I have never tried COW method. Thanks

Might be worth doing a chamber cast.

I trimmed mine to 2.030 before I fired them and when they came out they shortened up to 2.015 give or take a couple thou. I don't think I will be trimming any time soon...
Since the 243 AI is designed to fire standard 243, I feel safe using the 243 spec.
