243 with 105gr amax with reloader 22 is listed at 40.2gr start and 43.5gr's max in the Hornady manual.
My model 12 lrp seemed to like imr-4350 with the 105 Amax's (I only had 1 box) . And went back to the hybrid's.

Only ever used IMR4530 with a 105. Same twist, but my rifle is a Cooey M71. Barrel's not up to great accuracy. Still, with the glass bedding it's consistent. No deer hunting with an A-Max.
Alliant's site only lists a 100 with RL22. Max is 45.5. Five grains won't make much difference, but I'd go with RL-300mag's manual data.
