243 load what is a good reload

36gr IMR4320, full length resized and trimmed federal brass, 87gr Hornady Vmax, CCI large rifle mag primers thru my model 700 Remington SPS with the xcr trigger gets me 3/4" groups at 200yds all day long.
I full length resize my brass every time cause I'm a varminter and hate that "jamming feeling" I get when I put lead down range in a hurry at a running coyote.
I sacrifice the shortened brass life span for smooth bolt operation for now, but someday I'll change.

i want to load some 243 ammo for deer whats a good load ???? and for target shooting whats a cheap load ????? thanks hound13

What velocities are you getting with these loads?

Speer 105 grain SP's with IMR4350. You must work up the load for your rifle.
"...whats a cheap load..." No such thing. Hunting rifles aren't target rifles. Work up a deer load and a varmint load(no reason not to use the deer load on varmints though).

105 grain? Do they still make those? I just don't see them listed on their website.

I'll check my reload log when I get home but from memory(haven't loaded any in like 6 months) it's hornady vmax bullets over varget, we get 1/2" groups at 100 yards with this load

So the load we were using is:

65gr v-max, 38.5gr Varget, 2.62 OAL.

1/2" groups at 100yards

shot from thompson center icon.

didn't own a chronograph at the time so velocities are unknown, haven't had this rifle to the range for a while, will have to do some load testing in the spring with my chrony, that is if i ever find some more varget! stuff is impossible to find these days!

36 gr of 4895. 100gr. Remington pointed soft point bulk bullets Depending which rifle I use they go from about 2700fps to 2800fps. I've killed more deer than I can remember with that load out to 200 yards.
Keep it simple. You don't need any fancy partitioned or other new fangled bullets.
