243 nosler ballistic tip 95gr

Looking to work up a load for my xbolt 243 with nosler ballistic tips. Tried h1000 and imr 4831 but didn't love the results. Any suggestions on what to try next from the following powders?

H4831SC
4064
3031

Oddly my W’by Vanguard.243, 24” bbl is stupid accurate with a 95 gr Nosler and a full book max load of RL19. Dime size groups of 5 at 3100 fps. Not what I expected at all especially since it’s my Tikka’s favourite powder, a .300 Win Mag
 
No RL on hand and really hoping to find something that works with what I've got lol. H4350 did ok, about 1" at 100 but I'd like that tighter if I can find something that works
 
Of the powders that you list, the Nosler 9 book shows H4831SC at 42.0 grains to be the most accurate load they tested, for that powder. Showing RL-17 as the most accurate powder they tried with 95 grain bullets. They do not list the other powders on your list, for 95 grain bullets in 243 Win cartridge. YMMV.
