46 grains of H1000 under a 100 grain Hornady Interlock in the 243 sure makes the crows disappear. 175 yards..ready...aim... fire ....poof. This load shot 3 into the size of a dime at 100 yards,that sh!thawk was bigger than a dime at 175 yards for sure.

If you really want to smak em load a 55 gr. Ballistic Tip at 3900 - it's like putting a grenade in a pillow!

20.g grains/IMR4198 pushing a .224 50 grain Sierra Blitz @ 3300fps... turns them crows into "pink steam"!

That's the load I use for my 222, 20 gr IMR 4198 under a 52 gr sierra HP bullet. Makes them go poof fast......

According to a friend, in his .243 the 87gr Hornady V-MAX is pretty impressive. I would think the 58gr, 65gr & 75gr would show similar results. I've started 'playing' with a few different weight V-MAX bullets in .22-250 & .221 Remington Fireball and some of the results are dramatic to say the least. On my next 'shopping trip' I want to get some 75gr V-MAX for my .25-06.
