as for dies and what not, once the brass is fire formed all you really need is a necksizer, and a bullet seating die and I'm sure that with a metal lathe I can modify another 35 cal necksizing and bullet seating die to work just fine.
I'm thinking a No4 in 35cal dressed up like No5 carbine
