That's a great buy. The original owner probably found this rifle was not as accurate as he had hoped and put the parts on another rifle. AFAIK, the sniper rifles they are currently selling are standard, refurbished, infantry rifles equipped with reproduction scopes and mounts. There is nothing wrong with them, but they probably will not have the accuracy of a WWII sniper rifle. Due to the conditions under which they were built, M91/30 accuracy can vary a lot from rifle to rifle. The WWII sniper versions were hand selected and tested before they were converted. If memory serves, they had to shoot less than 1.5 MOA to be acceptable for sniper duty. I don't think the re-manufacturers are doing that. Also, just because a rifle is a marked former sniper, does not mean it will be more accurate than a standard rifle, since a rifle could be retired from sniper duty if it wore out.
