I ordered some sights from them July 7th, haven't received them yet, and my gmail account received a coincidental hack attempt from Israel four hours later. I'd be cautious.

There is an email contact section on their website,, I used it due to a glitch yesterday and they got back to me in 10 hours, which is great as they are half way around the world so the time difference slows things down a bit!
 
Yes they did, but the 17track doesn't give any location nor does their site. As of tomorrow it will be 10 days since they requested I give them 10 more days for the package to arrive. If I don't see it, well they can't give me grief for not being patient.

The "glitch" is occurring again.
I tried to order with the summer code but no luck...

Some errors were found:
- This coupon can be used for purchases of 30.00 or greater.

My last order arrived (shipped from Israel) about 5 weeks after it was placed and the second item on the same order arrived from Greece a week later.
When items are shipped from Alberta, it takes days but lately, it has been a long wait for international mail.
CBSA and Canada Post to blame...?
