Hi Score Carbine and shotgun transition with something like 35 holes in it: Misanthropist

The game:
B8 target. You shoot it freestyle (two handed grip, unsupported) at a distance of 25 yards. Ten rounds on the target. Each shot can have a maximum score of ten points for a total of 100 points. Post your score and the number of shots in the X-Ring.

The rules:
Post a pic of the target and list the gun used.
No cheating! Obviously we can't verify this but be gentlemen and post actual targets shot actually at 25 yards.

The prize:
Bragging rights (or for those who actually get what I'm trying to do here - a better understanding of how to shoot your pistol).

Here's a link to a printable B8 target.

I'll start:

95 - 1X Beretta 92G - sorry for the chewed up target I was running low on targets that day.

93 - 2x Beretta 92G

Well, we'll see who actually posts a target and who just talks about it.

I think I already know who will just comment and who will actually get to the range.

Good idea about the gun, I'll post a pic in the original post.

Site needs more of this. I'm in. Tomorrow's gonna have to be quick trip to the range. Does it have to be the only target of the session, or can I burn through a few practice targets; which may amount to picking the best of a few tries....doesn't sound right. Or, just one "official" target. Even if you have ten different groups of ten on ten different targets, the one you "call" to be the game target is the one you use, even if others may be better.

Which way for this game?

Just post your best work. I typically just shoot two or three 25 yard targets per session. I don't always shoot 95's that's for sure.

Targets printed, challenge accepted! :)...I printed 6, will show with 6 different calibers (sort of) .22 out of a GSG, 9mm Glock 17 gen 4 stock sights, .38 and .357 magnum from a 4.2" GP100 (that's the sort of .38 and 357), 44 mag from SW 629 (5") and .45 acp from an SR1911 (bone stock).

I only have 6 targets, I'll shoot cold, with no practice in the order above at 25 yards with full capacity rounds of the firearm. (6 holes for the revolvers, 7 rd mag for the 1911)...try to keep the laughter at a minimum. :p

Great thought Clobber!

*edit* sorry glazed over the scoring aspect...I'll put 10 rds on target.

Targets printed, weather forecasts being correlated for optimal humidex, cases trimmed and stainless steel, sonic, vibartory wet and dry tumble cleaned while being prayed over by the Pope. I'll give this a go!

I hate to dig into my silver bullet stash...
