...ABISMAL shooting today!
Never the less, no excuses, my scores are as follows (I'll play with photobucket later and edit this post with the targets, but for now...)
ALL targets were shot single action, rapid fire, with factory ammo:

.22LR with GSG=81 (no X)
9mm Glock (really embarrassed)=24 (no X)
.38 special GP100 4.2"=76 (no X)
.357 Rem mag ^same gun=72 (if on the line between 10 and X counting as X, then 1 X)
.45acp Ruger SR1911=31!!! (WTF I don't know!)(...err, no X)
.44 Rem Mag, SW629, 5"= 59 (no X)

A great exercise, and that black dot is a lot smaller at 25 yards than you'd think. Next time round (yes, I need redemption) I'll run a few mags/ cylinders first. Pics will be forthcoming, and Clobber, that is excellent shooting in your original post.

Up to the challange!

I went to the range this morning. It was a bit chilly. 3deg. but no wind.

^^Great shooting.

So your top score was a 99 - 7x with the Pardini SP .22lr? I couldn't tell if you had ten rounds with the TTT?

If you guys could post your scores that would be helpful.

Just tried to insert image from my blackberry. It erased everything, lol! Computer illiterate....AND I can't shoot worth a damn! Son of a B. Any of you guys know any tricks for getting the image itself onto the post? When I "inserted image" the name of the image appeared, but not the actual picture. OR, is it once I hit 'post' the image automatically gets included? Worst score of the day for sure, but a game's a game, eh?

You need to upload your image to a photo hosting website. I use photobucket, but there are many others. You just set up an account upload your photo and them copy the "image" location and paste it to your post. It's fairly easy.

Also, I'm going to make two categories since some of the guys are using target pistols. I'll post the best target pistol score and the best "other" pistol score. (wait for the IPSC open division guys to start posting pics - :D). So far, it looks like ww270win has both titles, but I'll wait until he confirms his score with his Sig TTT.

How about guys who forgot about this thread, finished off their mags after a day of shotgun and carbine transition drills at 20m, and just have a chewed up target with something like 35 holes in it and they're basically vaguely in a group, kind of? Because I'm pretty sure I could place well if that's going to be a category.

^^^You know you're a training fiend when......

It's ok, I'll make a category just for you.

"The carbine and shotgun transition with something like 35 holes in it" category. NO CHEATING!

OK, I tried to shoot scores with some of my guns. I posted two targets and fired a few practice shots before shooting 10 on score. Most of them don't have adjustable sights, so may have needed a little hold -off to print in the middle. A couple times the practice shots went in the middle, so I just carried on and shot the 10. That is why one target has the wrong size scoring rings and another has some patches on it.

We're looking a week of solid rain and cool temperatures. Can you wait for a bit before you shut it down? The printer paper targets don't survive well when shot in a shower.

On Tuesday night my club has a 20 yard indoor range session. I'm going to scale the target down to 20/25 or 80% and try some rimfire and .38Spl. It's OK if this isn't acceptable. It's more for my own fun and interest. I'll post them up for comparison but with the understanding that they don't count for diddly.

I have no intentions of shutting it down guys, let's just keep it going and see what happens. You can post targets as many times as you want.

To win bragging rights you have to stick to the format though; two handed grip on the pistol and an actual B8 target at 25 yards. We need to compare apples to apples.
