Will the hornady 117 grain round nose interlock stabilize in the 1-14 twist? and where can i find the winchester silver tips RN,who carries them....

With a 1-14 twist the heavier bullets with the shortest ogive are best.The shortest made is Speer 100gr Hot Cor.

I doubt if it would stabilize, but really don't know. If you know how long the bullet is, plug it into Greenhill's formula: max. length = diam x diam x 150/ twist.

The Hornady 117RN was designed for the .257 WB with 1-12 twist before they went to 1-10"

Only way to tell for sure is to load some up and test them in your rifle. Sometime they will and sometimes they won't in the 14 twist barrels.
