I have the spikes billet set and it is pure awesome...with that being said, I'd buy the Magpul lower if I had that much extra scratch laying around...it's an investment I'd make.

Questar brought it in for me...had to wait 8 months for it at the time. It would take WAAAAYYY longer to get now...they're crazy backordered...so badly they don't even list on Spikes website anymore.

Who has these they look awesome.

I like the look of the Spike's billet lower (or the lower/upper set) a lot more.

Magpul to me is just low end bits that find there way to more airsoft guns than tactical rifles.

Not that Spikes are the grail of cutting edge tech.... but if it's aesthetics.....

I would rather have this set and deal with not having paid $2500 for something "limited" that doesn't look much different than anything else out there.

It's not a China Doll model and it's how much? Don't get me wrong it's a nice lower and I would like to have one. But I don't like it $2500 worth.

I'm sure most of the cost is the UBR stock and MOE pistol grip.

Or you'd go to a range where people shoot bolt rifles and no one would give a damn about your AR kit, or even know the value of your monsterous lower.
